IT SUPPORT

EVRV

Day to day I'm the first line of defense: diagnosing faults, replacing failing components, keeping workstations and peripherals runnable, and making sure support tickets never pile up unnoticed.

  • Hardware disassembly & assembly
  • Structured cable management
  • Network connectivity & troubleshooting
  • Real-time monitoring system support

I'm John Christopher B. Sauquillo — known online as Frostvym. My work sits where physical hardware meets software: opening machines, tracing faults, terminating and organizing cables, and then verifying that the systems on top of that infrastructure still report correctly.

I've built my fundamentals in programming languages, so I don't just replace parts — I read the systems I support. That means I can follow data through a ticketing pipeline, understand why a scan event failed, or explain an issue clearly to the people who depend on it.
